I’ve been on a veggie sandwich kick ever since my friend @lisa.boettcher shared her obsession with it too. It’s an easy way to get a lot of veggies in and it’s really filling. Plus I love the crunch!

Ingredients For Veggie Sandwich
Look into your vegetable drawer for inspiration. These are ingredients that we commonly have available and recommend. Add the spread and layer ingredients on the bread. Take a big bite. And then, take more bites until gone!

Veggie Sandwich Hacks
➡️No time to chop up all the veggies? Use a bagged salad for the filling.
➡️Too messy to make and take to work? Try a wrap instead.
➡️No herb cheese spread? Swap for sliced cheese or your favorite flavor of hummus. Mine is roasted red pepper!
➡️Feeling really hungry? Add sliced avocado or pair with a few nuts or crackers.
