My eating philosophy can be summed up in two words: conscious eating.

Conscious eating means being in control of how you fuel your body. It means being connected to how food makes you feel. It means being able to make a conscious indulgence (whether that be a donut or a glass of wine—or both!) and not feel guilty about it. It means being in tune with your goals and eating in a way that helps you get there.

Virtual Nutrition Coaching Programs

WHOLE 21 ELIMINATION DIET PROGRAM

Feel bloated all the time? Can figure out why you are always so tired? Suffering from acne or other skin irritations?

An elimination diet is an amazing tool to get to the bottom of potential food sensitivities you may have that often cause these symptoms.

In this 21-day program, you will get expert guidance from a registered dietitian and be a part of a community of people on this journey with you. Weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and accountability incentives will ensure your success during this clean eating journey.

MILLENNIAL MOM BOD PROGRAM

Moms are busy. In this program, I will give you three weeks of budget-friendly, quick-and-easy meal plans along with prep guides and a support group of awesome moms. Each meal plan builds off of the previous one so you are always using up ingredients and repurposing leftovers.

EASY PEASY SLOW COOKER PROGRAM

Healthy slow cooking at its simplest.

Dig out that slow cooker because with this program, we will be putting it to use every day! Our Easy Peasy Slow Cooker Program focuses on a mix of ‘set it and forget it’ meals and super simple recipes. Eating healthy has never been this easy and delicious! We’ll provide you with the meal plan, itemized grocery list and prep guide. All you need to do is make the commitment and follow along. Ready, set, slow cook!

POSTNATAL DIET PROGRAM

An easy meal plan filled with make-ahead recipes for new mothers.

Our Postnatal Diet is designed to make good nutrition as simple as possible during the hectic postpartum period. We have included meals that can be made in advance, are freezer-friendly, leave leftovers, and are easy to prepare. Recipes also contain plenty of galactagogues to promote lactation. Ingredients like oats and flax seeds not only boost milk supply, but add fiber to prevent postpartum constipation.
